Bassie throws a coin into the fountain at the Spanish Steps

After a ride on the scooter through Rome, Bassie and Adriaan arrive at the Spanish Steps at the fountain 'Fontana della Barcaccia'. Bassie sees all kinds of coins in the water and Adriaan explains that tourists do this because their wishes come true. Once a year the money is taken out of the water and donated to a good cause.

Bassie asks Adriaan for a coin, throws it into the fountain and makes a wish. A little further on, a pastry chef walks with a cream cake (which looks suspiciously similar to Bassie in appearance and walking style). The baker slips on a banana peel and Bassie catches the cake, his wish has come true!
