The Palace of Justice of Brussels is a courthouse located at Place Poelaert in Brussels, Belgium. With a built-up area of 26,006 m², it was among the largest structures in the world when completed in 1883 and remains the largest building of its kind.
The building was built in eclectic style, from 1860, by the architect Joseph Poelaert, under the reign of Kings Leopold I and Leopold II. Since 2001, the Palace of Justice has been a protected monument.
