Part of the footage of the uninhabited island was shot on Rhodes, a small beach a little further from the hotel where they stayed. On this then quiet beach they could record the scene of the inflatable shoes with which they could get off the uninhabited island.

The other shots of the uninhabited island took place on the island north of Crete.
