For the intro to episode 1 (Photos and negatives) of the series, De Lachende Scheerkwast, aerial shots were taken in Anna Paulowna. We see aerial shots of the Van Ewijcksvaart, Kleine Sluis (bridge), Molenvaart, Kerkweg, and the Lagedijk along the N249 in Anna Paulowna. Thanks to the Facebook group Wim T. Schippers fans, Maarten Platje recognized the location of the aerial shot in Anna Paulowna from the intro to episode 1.
